Hope for Japan

There is grace in this land,
hope is rising from the ashes.
Woven in their fabric is strength,
open hearts extend kindness to strangers.
In a coastal town a miracle,
a baby girl was swept away.
Her cries were heard by rescuers,
sounds of joy, sounds of courage.
Her parents grateful, their spirit hopeful.
Grace will lead them to tomorrow,
a better day awaits gentle souls.
The sun will smile at them ,
the flowers will bloom once again.
A new day, a new life.
Faith will heal, love will  survive.

  2. I agree with Kristi. I saw a very touching photo of a man who was reunited with his dog, tears of joy streaming down his face. The flowers WILL bloom again. I love your attitude.

  3. Beautiful!
Despair is almost always followed by hope, how else can we survive?
All stepping stones to a higher purpose.
    Loving your posts, lady!
