Home


Through the doors I find peace,
embraced by boys with bright smiles.
Yellow lab, waging her long tail.
Chestnut walls, adorned with framed memories.                                               
Tall Sunflowers on the kitchen table.
Sunlight that seeps into my soul.

    This is poignant for me because my 15 year old Lab mutt died this summer and it is strange to have a dogless home. Sigh...

    Molly, I am so sorry about your loss! It's devastating. Our short hair pointer passed away in February and we miss her terribly......sorry!
