Sweet Dozer

He slipped past the virtual fence,
the sun rays calling his name.
The leaves swayed in the morning,
the marathon runners were passing by.
Adventure in the air, he followed,
lured by sounds and friendly people,
he ran to the finish line.
A dog with an important mission,
University of Maryland awarded a medal,
Marlene and Stewart Greenbaum Cancer Center.
Dozer is a celebrity on Facebook,
raising money for important Cancer research
a sweet soul, inspiration to many.

    Ahh...more than a man's best friend! I was just reading about war dogs and how important a part they play in those top-secret missions. They are amazing creatures.

    how cool is that...? great dog and you won't believe it ayala but i ran by accident into this restaurant in rome today... but they're closed on sundays so i couldn't eat there... sigh
